This page is used to inform website visitors regarding the Terms and Conditions under which we provide our service, the LegalTechWork.com website.

2.1 "Website" refers to this website, LegalTechWork.com.

2.2 "Visitor" refers to any visitor of this Website, LegalTechWork.com.

2.3 "Advertiser" refers to any employer or recruiter who published a Job Posting on this Website. In the case of a Job Posting collected from an external source, it refers to the owner of the website the Job Posting redirects to.

2.4 "Job Posting" refers to a summary of a job oppurtinuty posted on this Website, whether advertised directly by an Advertiser, or collected from an external source.

3. The Website

3.1 LegalTechWork.com is a website which provides visitors with access to Job Postings. These are collected from various sources. While we strive to only publish Job Postings which are accurate and relevant to our visitors, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the Job Postings, and likewise offer no guarantee that the listed jobs exist with the employer or recruiter. We accept no liability for the quality or legality of the jobs posted on this Website.

3.2 Visitors do not apply to jobs directly on this Website. Instead we only redirect any Visitor to the job page of the Advertiser, after they click the "Apply" button on a Job Posting. Any formal job application will happen after the Visitor leaves this Website, and is outside the control of this Website. We accept no liability for anything that happens during the formal job application.

4. Use of this Website

4.1 Use of this Website is free of charge for Visitors. It is financed entirely through fees paid by Advertisers, or advertising revenue. We do not offer any other services or goods through this Website.

4.2 Use of this Website is restricted to persons who are genuinely looking for job opportunities for themselves or on behalf of another person, or to persons or entities looking to advertise an employment opportunity to Visitors on this Website.

4.3 Use of this Website by minors (below the age of 18) is subject to consent of their parent or legal guardian.

4.4 Should we find our Website is used for any other purpose, we reserve the right to restrict access by any means necessary, including blocking of IP-addresses.

5. Advertising on this Website

5.1 We reserve the right to remove or edit any Job Posting without prior notice, if we find it violates our Terms and Conditions, or violates any law, or is determined by us to be inaccurate or harmful to our Visitors or Advertisers.

5.2 Job Postings are published after they are paid by the Advertiser through an automated software system. In case of any errors or suspected violation of our Terms and Conditions, this may require manual intervention and thus may not happen immediately after payment.

5.3 Any time period mentioned during the Job Posting process will start the moment the payment is completed. This time period is considered best effort and is such merely an indication of how long we expect a Job Posting to remain visible. This time period is not adjusted for any perceived lost time due to outages, errors or legal disputes.

5.4 Any payment is considered final. Any refund will be processed at our own discretion.

6. Disclaimer of liability

6.1 LegalTechWork.com accept no responsibility for the content of advertising material, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy therein. We do not guarantee any information is current, complete or accurate. We do not guarantee any job application will be successful. We do not guarantee our services offered will be error free.

6.2 LegalTechWork.com is an automated software-based service. It is presented in its present condition and you acknowledge that it is not technically practical to guarantee such a service to be error-free or accessible at all times. If any software errors are found to exists they shall not consitute a breach of these Terms and Condition and shall not give rise to any liability on the part of LegalTechWork.com.
